Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of tater tots or mashed potatoes for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with tater tots or mashed potatoes, covering the beef mixture completely.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
