Description

A fun and festive charcuterie board featuring a variety of delicious ingredients in green, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of green grapes (preferably seedless)
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets (blanched)
  • 1 cup of sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup of green bell pepper strips
  • 1 cup of sliced green apples
  • 1 cup of mozzarella balls (preferably marinated in herbs)
  • 1 cup of hummus (green or regular)
  • 1 cup of salami or pepperoni (cut into festive shapes using cookie cutters)
  • 1 cup of assorted green olives
  • 1 cup of pistachios (shelled)
  • ½ cup of assorted nuts (preferably green or lightly salted)
  • 1 package of festive crackers (green color preferred)
  • Optional: sprigs of fresh rosemary for decoration

Instructions

  1. Select a large wooden or slate board as the base for your charcuterie.
  2. Place a small bowl of hummus in the center of the board.
  3. Arrange the green grapes around the bowl in a circular pattern.
  4. Place the sliced cucumber next to the grapes, laying the slices flat and slightly overlapping.
  5. Arrange the blanched broccoli florets on the opposite side of the cucumbers.
  6. Slice the green bell peppers into thin strips and fan them out next to the cucumbers.
  7. Place the sliced green apples in a semi-circle near the broccoli.
  8. Add the mozzarella balls around the perimeter of the board.
  9. Use cookie cutters to cut festive shapes out of the salami or pepperoni and arrange them around the board.
  10. Scatter the assorted green olives and pistachios around the board.
  11. Place a handful of assorted nuts in a small pile on the board.
  12. Complete the board with an array of festive crackers.
  13. Garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
