- 20 Mint Oreos, chopped into large pieces
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green gel food coloring
- 1/4 cup red M&Ms
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a greased 9×13 inch pan. Allow to cool.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and combined.
- Add peppermint extract and green gel food coloring to the melted mixture, stirring until vibrant green.
- Pour the green topping over cooled brownies and spread evenly. Sprinkle with chopped Mint Oreos and red M&Ms.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set. Cut into squares, serve, and enjoy!
