- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 green onions, chopped

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli, stir-frying until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the cooked udon noodles, mixing well with the vegetables.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and mirin, tossing until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with chopped green onions before serving.
