- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 small tortillas
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh parsley or cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture, making sure they are fully covered.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing sliced chicken on a tortilla, topped with diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro. Enjoy!
