- 4 cups Lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 1 Red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Marinate the chicken breast with olive oil, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper for about 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare a salad base with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and thinly sliced red onion in a large bowl.
- Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
- Add the grilled chicken to the salad, drizzle with light dressing, and toss gently.
