Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ears of corn, grilled and kernels removed

Instructions

  1. Cook the orzo pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked orzo to the corn mixture and pour the dressing over the top.
