Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Meanwhile, boil or steam the diced sweet potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- In a bowl, layer the mixed greens, grilled chicken slices, sweet potatoes, and avocado.
- Drizzle with your choice of dressing if desired.
