Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Add the cooked ground beef or beans and rice if using, then top with the remaining cheese.
- Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling and press down gently.
