- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 3 tablespoons spicy mayo
- 1 cup fried rice
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup tortilla chips
Instructions
- Sear the ground beef in a skillet with olive oil until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and oregano.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Warm the flour tortillas to make them pliable.
- Spread spicy mayo evenly over the center of each tortilla.
- Layer the tortillas with the beef filling, fried rice, nacho cheese sauce, and crumbled tortilla chips.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into burritos, folding in the sides and then rolling from the bottom.
- Grill the burritos in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately, optionally cut in half, with sour cream on top or on the side.
