- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Wash and halve the baby red potatoes.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potato mixture onto a large piece of aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Fold the foil to create a sealed packet.
- Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.
- Carefully unwrap the foil and serve warm.
