Instructions

- Melt the butter and chopped chocolate together over low heat, then cool slightly.
- Whisk granulated sugar and brown sugar into the melted chocolate mixture.

- Fold in chocolate chips or chunks.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until set.
