Description

These Golden Graham S’mores bars are a delightful no-bake treat combining the classic flavors of s’mores in a quick and easy recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup butter
  • 16 ounces mini marshmallows
  • 8 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • Additional chocolate chips for topping
  • Additional mini marshmallows for topping

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Place butter in a large saucepan over low heat and let it melt most of the way.
  3. Add mini marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and gently fold in Golden Grahams cereal until coated.
  5. Fold in remaining marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  6. Press mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining cereal and chocolate chips.
  7. Let cool to room temperature before cutting into squares.

Notes

Avoid overheating marshmallows to prevent hardening. Lightly spray hands with nonstick spray when pressing the mixture.
