A vibrant and flavorful side dish made from roasted broccoli coated in a spicy-sweet gochujang sauce.

- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, gochujang, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender yet crispy.
- Take the baking sheet out and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving hot.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet for better roasting results. Adjust the amount of gochujang based on your spice preference.
