Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and molasses until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bars cool in the pan, then frost with vanilla frosting, cut into squares, and serve.
