Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, milk, protein powder, chia seeds, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl or jar.
  2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  3. Stir again in the morning and add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
