- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, sour cream, brown sugar, molasses, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
