Description
Delicious Beef Rolls filled with ginger, carrots, and cranberries, perfect for a snack or meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1–2 inches fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup finely shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 8–10 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the chili oil, honey, and sesame oil, mixing well.
- Remove from heat and mix in the carrots, cranberries, walnuts, parsley, and mozzarella.
- Lay out the egg roll wrappers and place 2–3 tablespoons of filling on each.
- Fold the sides in and roll tightly, sealing with a bit of water.
- Heat cooking oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3–5 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towel.
- For Sweet Chili Sauce: In a saucepan, combine sugar, honey, water, rice vinegar, grated garlic, red pepper flakes, and paprika.
- Mix flour with water and whisk into the sauce; simmer until thickened.
- Serve warm with the sauce for dipping.

Great for parties or a family meal. You can prepare the filling ahead of time.
