1 bag regular marshmallows

1 bag mini marshmallows

White frosting or royal icing

Red licorice strings

Blue fondant or candy melts

Red fondant or food coloring

Black edible marker or gel icing

1. Stack jumbo marshmallow (body) and regular marshmallow (head), secure with toothpick.

2. Attach mini marshmallows as arms with frosting.

3. Make a blue fondant hat with a mini marshmallow top and red trim.

4. Draw face with edible marker or black gel.

5. Add red licorice tie around neck.

6. Assemble and display on platter with candy or cookies.

Make hats and ties ahead of time, decorate faces the day of serving.

Store in airtight container for up to 2 days.

Use icing instead of fondant if preferred.
