Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can coconut-pecan frosting
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for the time specified on the cake mix box.
  4. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes.
  5. Use a fork to poke holes all over the cooled cake.
  6. Heat the coconut-pecan frosting in a saucepan over low heat until it’s slightly melted.
