- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the green beans, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and optional Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
- Toss until the green beans are well coated with the mixture.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
