Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the green beans, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and optional Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Toss until the green beans are well coated with the mixture.
  4. Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return the baking sheet to the oven for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm as a side dish.
