Description

A delicious and simple side dish featuring mushrooms seasoned with garlic and topped with Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
