- 1 pound mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Serve warm.
