- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups Baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a crockpot, place the baby potatoes.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Place them on top of the potatoes.
- In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Pour this mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the crockpot.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Garnish with the chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your comfort food!
