Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups Baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, place the baby potatoes.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Place them on top of the potatoes.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Pour this mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the crockpot.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Garnish with the chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your comfort food!
