- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, milk, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
