A lighter twist on classic meatloaf using ground chicken, enriched with garlic and Parmesan for a deliciously satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, milk, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
