Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Add butter to the skillet, then add minced garlic, stirring until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to avoid burning.
