Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean the baby potatoes and cut them in half if they’re larger.
  3. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the potatoes in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
  5. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
