- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a tablespoon of shredded cheese on each pastry rectangle.
- Drizzle with garlic butter.
- Roll up the rectangles and seal the edges.
- Arrange them on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes until warmed through.
