Description

A delightful twist on the classic cheeseburger, these pinwheels are perfect for parties, game days, or a delicious snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a tablespoon of shredded cheese on each pastry rectangle.
  5. Drizzle with garlic butter.
  6. Roll up the rectangles and seal the edges.
  7. Arrange them on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
