Description

Delicious pastry pinwheels filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and garlic butter, perfect for parties and snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cooked beef and a tablespoon of shredded cheese on each pastry rectangle.
  5. Drizzle with garlic butter.
  6. Roll up the rectangles and seal the edges.
  7. Brush the pinwheels with beaten egg and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
