- 2 cups grated potatoes
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Dipping sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, etc.)
Instructions
- Grate the potatoes and onion, then squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, grated onion, flour, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan, flattening them with a spatula.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
