Instructions
- Grate the potatoes using a grater or food processor, squeezing out excess moisture.
- Combine the grated potatoes, chopped green onions, flour, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture onto the skillet and flatten.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
For best results, squeeze out as much moisture as possible from the potatoes to avoid soggy pancakes.
