- 1 cup white chocolate chips

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ tablespoon milk or cream
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- â…› teaspoon almond extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the egg, egg yolk, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
- Gently stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Carefully fold in white chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 26–32 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Allow the cake to cool fully in the pan before decorating.
- In a medium bowl, beat softened butter, vanilla extract, almond extract, and milk together. Gradually add powdered sugar and a pinch of salt, adjusting milk for desired consistency.
