  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tablespoon milk or cream
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • â…› teaspoon almond extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the egg, egg yolk, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
  4. Gently stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Carefully fold in white chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles.
  5. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 26–32 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  6. Allow the cake to cool fully in the pan before decorating.
  7. In a medium bowl, beat softened butter, vanilla extract, almond extract, and milk together. Gradually add powdered sugar and a pinch of salt, adjusting milk for desired consistency.
