- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, flour, and salt.
- Pour in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter onto the batter and swirl with a knife.
- Spread the remaining chocolate batter over the peanut butter layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
