- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter and mix in the brown sugar and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are firm but the centers are still soft.
- Allow cooling on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
