Description

Delicious, creamy frozen bites made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter, perfect for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.
  3. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop tablespoon-sized dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle crushed peanuts and mini chocolate chips on top of each dollop.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 120 minutes, or until the bites are solid.
  6. Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 60 days.
