Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can beef consommé
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic until browned, draining excess fat.

  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 45 minutes.
