- 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 container canned biscuits (8-count)
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium saucepan and heat over medium.
- Add the sliced roast beef and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the biscuit dough by separating it into individual pieces.
- Assemble sliders on a baking sheet with half the biscuit pieces, load with beef and top with provolone cheese, then place the other half on top.
- Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with a bowl of beef broth for dipping.
Notes
Don’t overcook the beef, use quality roast beef, and don’t skip the garlic for flavor.
