Delicious bite-sized sliders filled with juicy roast beef, melted provolone cheese, and served with a warm au jus for dipping.

- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 8 slider rolls
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder together.
- Brush this mixture on the cut sides of the slider rolls.
- Place the slider rolls on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and black pepper. Heat it over medium heat until simmering.
- Layer the sliced roast beef on the bottom half of the toasted slider rolls, then top with provolone cheese.
- Cover with the top half of the rolls and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve the sliders warm with a small bowl of au jus for dipping.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute roast beef with sautéed mushrooms or roasted vegetables.
