Description

Creamy cheesecake pops swirled with blackberries, dipped in dark chocolate, and decorated with magical flair – perfect for Halloween or Harry Potter parties.


Ingredients

Scale

16 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz whipped topping (thawed)

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)

2 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tsp lemon juice

12 oz dark chocolate melting wafers

Edible glitter, crushed nuts, or candy eyes for decoration


Instructions

1. Cook blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice until thickened. Cool completely.

2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, whipped topping, and graham crumbs. Fold in half the compote.

3. Roll mixture into balls, place on tray, insert sticks, and freeze 1 hour.

4. Melt chocolate, dip frozen cheesecake pops, and decorate with glitter, nuts, or candy eyes. Drizzle with remaining compote.

5. Chill until set and serve cold.

Notes

Store in fridge for 3 days or freeze uncoated pops for 1 month.

Swap blackberries for raspberries or strawberries.

Use white or milk chocolate for a sweeter version.
