Description

A light and airy breakfast bowl combining Greek yogurt and protein powder, topped with delicious fruits and nuts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 mL) plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or low-fat)
  • 1 scoop (≈25–30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (dry powder)
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • Sweetener to taste (e.g., stevia, monk fruit)
  • Optional: A drop of vanilla or almond extract for flavor
  • Sliced banana
  • Crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers
  • Fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
  • Peanut butter drizzle
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Chia seeds or granola

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder. Mix until the blend is smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the sugar-free pudding mix and baking powder. Make sure to blend thoroughly.
  3. Add your chosen sweetener and vanilla or almond extract if you’re using any. Whisk vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  4. Transfer the whipped yogurt into a serving bowl.
  5. Add your desired toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

Don’t overmix the yogurt mixture to maintain its fluffy texture. Add sweeteners gradually and taste as you go.
