- 1 scoop (≈25–30g) vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (dry powder)
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- Sweetener to taste (e.g., stevia, monk fruit)
- Optional: A drop of vanilla or almond extract for flavor
- Sliced banana
- Crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers
- Fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
- Peanut butter drizzle
- Mini chocolate chips
- Chia seeds or granola
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder. Mix until the blend is smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the sugar-free pudding mix and baking powder. Make sure to blend thoroughly.
- Add your chosen sweetener and vanilla or almond extract if you’re using any. Whisk vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
- Transfer the whipped yogurt into a serving bowl.
- Add your desired toppings and serve immediately.
Notes
Don’t overmix the yogurt mixture to maintain its fluffy texture. Add sweeteners gradually and taste as you go.
