Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of blueberries in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
