Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of blueberries in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
