Description
A fiery, immune-boosting tonic made with apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, turmeric, and honey — inspired by Shire City Herbals Fire Cider.
Ingredients
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup grated horseradish
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup grated ginger
1/4 cup grated turmeric
3 garlic cloves
1 jalapeño pepper
1 lemon (zest and juice)
1 tbsp black peppercorns
2 tbsp raw honey
2 sprigs rosemary
Instructions
1. Chop and grate all ingredients.
2. Add to a 1-quart jar.
3. Pour apple cider vinegar to cover.
4. Seal and store in cool dark place 4–6 weeks.
5. Strain and mix in honey.
6. Refrigerate and shake before use.
Notes
Take 1–2 tbsp daily as a wellness shot.
Add to tea or dressings.
Steep longer for stronger flavor.
