Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup fig jam

  3. Spread the softened goat cheese evenly over the pastry.
  4. Spoon the fig jam over the goat cheese and spread it evenly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
  6. Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
  7. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  8. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
