Delicious and refreshing feta skewers with cucumber, perfect for parties or light lunches.
Ingredients

- 200 grams of feta cheese
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 10 wooden skewers (about 20 cm long)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the feta cheese into bite-sized cubes, about 2 cm in size.
- Wash and slice the cucumber into rounds about 1 cm thick.
- Wash and chop the red and yellow bell peppers into bite-sized pieces, roughly 2 cm in size.
- Rinse the cherry tomatoes under cold water and leave them whole.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for about 10 minutes to prevent burning.
- Assemble the skewers by alternating ingredients: feta cheese, cucumber, bell pepper pieces, and cherry tomatoes.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl for dressing.
- Brush or serve the dressing on the side with skewers.
- Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or serve cold.
