Description

A creamy and flavorful appetizer that’s quick and easy to make, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz block feta cheese (in brine, at room temperature)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (full-fat, softened)
  • 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives (roughly chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice.
  2. Pulse the mixture a few times to break everything down.
  3. While the processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Continue to blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the pitted Kalamata olives and fresh dill to the food processor. Pulse just a few times to keep the olives coarsely chopped.
  5. Transfer the Feta and Olive Dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, a few extra chopped olives, and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving.
