Ingredients

- 8 oz block feta cheese (in brine, at room temperature)
- 4 oz cream cheese (full-fat, softened)
- 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives (roughly chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice.
- Pulse the mixture a few times to break everything down.
- While the processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Continue to blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Add the pitted Kalamata olives and fresh dill to the food processor. Pulse just a few times to keep the olives coarsely chopped.
- Transfer the Feta and Olive Dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, a few extra chopped olives, and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving.
