- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Mix in the vanilla extract off heat.
- Combine the Rice Krispies into the melted marshmallow mixture.
- Shape the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in intervals of 20-30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate to coat.
- Add sprinkles or powdered sugar if desired before the chocolate sets.
- Let the chocolate harden before serving.
