Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract off heat.
  4. Combine the Rice Krispies into the melted marshmallow mixture.
  5. Shape the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in intervals of 20-30 seconds until smooth.
  7. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate to coat.
  8. Add sprinkles or powdered sugar if desired before the chocolate sets.
  9. Let the chocolate harden before serving.
