A delightful holiday dessert combining the festive flavors of eggnog with a moist and fluffy cake.

- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of eggnog
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- Nutmeg for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the yellow cake mix, eggs, and milk until well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
- Poke holes all over the top of the cake using a fork.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggnog and vanilla pudding mix until well combined. Pour this mixture over the cake, ensuring it seeps into the holes.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best results).
- Before serving, spread the whipped topping over the cooled cake and dust with nutmeg.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. It can also be frozen for 1-2 months, but the texture may change.
