A comforting dish that combines classic meatloaf flavors with a delicious surprise of hard-boiled eggs.

- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 pound Ground pork
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs (raw)
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 4 Hard-boiled eggs (peeled)
- 1/4 cup Milk
- Ketchup or barbecue sauce (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, raw eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and milk. Mix until well combined.
- On a baking sheet, shape half of the meat mixture into a rectangle.
- Place the hard-boiled eggs in the center of the meat rectangle and cover with the remaining meat mixture, sealing the edges.
- Optionally, spread ketchup or barbecue sauce on top.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let it rest before slicing and serve.
Notes
Do not overmix the meat mixture, and seal the edges well to prevent leakage during baking.
