Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, and green onions; sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Mix in shredded cabbage and cook until wilted, about 4-5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using). Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
