Description

A delicious protein-packed treat that’s perfect for a post-workout snack or a quick energy boost, all without the guilt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 64g (2 Scoops) Whey/Casein Blend Protein (Sugar Cookie or Vanilla flavor)
  • 60g Oat Flour
  • 40g Granulated Sugar Substitute (or regular sugar)
  • 4 Tbsp (56g) Butter (melted)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 34 Tbsp Milk of Choice
  • Optional: Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: Start by combining all dry ingredients (protein powder, oat flour, and sugar substitute) in a large bowl. Stir them well to ensure everything is evenly mixed.
  2. Melt Butter: In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt your butter in the microwave for about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Carefully pour the melted butter into the dry ingredients. Add in the vanilla extract. Mix everything until it forms a crumbly texture.
  4. Add Milk: Slowly add your milk, one tablespoon at a time, mixing after each addition until the dough starts to come together. For most people, three tablespoons will work well, but you can add a fourth tablespoon if you find it too dry.
  5. Form and Refrigerate: Scoop the cookie dough and place it in the center of a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Roll the dough into the shape of a tube. Wrap it tightly and refrigerate for at least one hour. If you can wait, letting it sit overnight will develop even better flavors.
  6. Slice and Serve: After chilling, take the dough out and slice it into around 14 rounds, depending on your preferred thickness. Enjoy these delightful bites immediately, or keep any leftovers stored in the fridge to maintain their firmness.

Notes

Don’t rush the chilling process for the best flavor and texture. Adjust milk carefully to avoid stickiness.
